And I'm back! So we left off heading to Virginia, Ireland. We were fortunate enough to have a free two night stay at the
Park Hotel Virginia through our friend Matt, who did a summer culinary internship through
Baltimore International College at the Park Hotel. The hotel it self was beautiful. A very peaceful place,

The hotel has a pretty golf course and just beyond that a beautiful lake, with a resident swan.

The hotel was wonderful and the food was delicious but that's pretty much all there is in Virginia. It was a great relaxing stay and after two night we were ready for Galway :)
